About me

I am a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham, working in London as a personal trainer as well as a strength coach for sports teams. However, I am also pursuing postgraduate opportunities to research the neuroscience of movement optimisation and movement dysfunction. I am fascinated by the brain and the basal ganglia in particular, and endeavour to explore how restoring movement normality in people with Parkinson’s Disease may share principles with enhancing sports performance in athletes.

Check out the portfolio and presentation pages for samples of my academic work, and whilst I write the blog posts selfishly to gain more from what I read, I hope you enjoy those too!
