5-0!!!!!!!!!!! Gerrard scored a hatrick and Kuyt and Riera also scored one each. Liverpool played amazingly like they have done in the last 3 games. We’re now second – one point behind united with the best goal difference in the league.

Manchester United 1-4 Liverpool!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And another 4 goals past another average team. Torres, Gerrard, Aurelio and Dossena scored for Liverpool and Ronaldo with a penalty. The title race is back on!!!!!!!!!

Liverpool drew against Everton again, this time in the FA Cup. Everton scored first then Gerrard scored with an incredible set-up by Torres. The replay takes place on Wednesday 4th January.

Everton snatched a late point at Anfield meaning 2 dropped points for Liverpool in the league. Gerrard scored first before Cahill equalised in the 87th minute.
