Stoke City 1-0 Liverpool

Frustrating result. Liverpool by far the better team but some good Stoke defending and some bad refereeing decisions kept us from scoring. 73% possession and 20 shots is normally sufficient enough to win, just not today.

Liverpool 0-0 Stoke City

Liverpool easily outplayed Stoke but were frustrated as they left with just one point. Steven Gerrard scored a great freekick but was disallowed his 100th liverpool goal when the stupid ref blew his whistle for some wierd reason. Dumb ref.
